To share your location with Audacy from Chrome:
Go to the web player at Audacy.com.
Click the icon to the immediate left of the website address in the address bar to view site information, then click ‘Site settings’.
From the ‘Permissions’ section under ‘Privacy and security’, you will see Location settings – click ‘Allow’ to share your location with Audacy. (Please note: if you are logged in to Chrome from a company profile, your organization may have automatically disabled location sharing).
After adjusting this setting to ‘Allow’ your location, Chrome may ask you to reload the web page (you may see a message that reads ‘Reload this page to apply your updated settings on this site) – click Reload.
After reloading the page, you should now be able to hear the desired coverage, as long as you are in range. If you are still unable to listen, please feel free to reach out to Audacy Support at support@audacy.com.
To share your location with Audacy from Safari:
Go to the web player at Audacy.com.
Click Safari from the top-left menu, then click ‘Settings…'.
Click the ‘Websites’ tab near the top of this window, then click the ‘Location’ option from the menu on the left-hand side.
Under ‘Currently Open Websites’, find audacy.com, then click ‘Allow’ from the drop-down menu to share your location with Audacy.
Please note: Safari will not prompt you to refresh any web pages you already have open in other tabs after adjusting this setting – please manually refresh the webpage at Audacy.com to ensure that these location settings are enabled in the tab you are streaming from.

To share your location with Audacy from Firefox:
Go to the web player at Audacy.com.
Click the padlock icon in the address bar to the immediate left of the website URL and click ‘Connection secure’.
Click ‘More information'.
A ‘Page Info’ pop-up window will appear - click ‘Permissions’ near the top of the window, then un-check ‘Use Default’ under ‘Access your location’ and select ‘Allow’ to share your location with Audacy.
Please manually refresh the webpage at Audacy.com to ensure that these location settings are enabled in the tab you are streaming from. If you are still unable to listen, please feel free to reach out to Audacy Support at support@audacy.com.
