The Audacy app is currently not loading for some users. While our team is actively investigating the issue, you may try clearing the app’s cached data or deleting and re-installing the app as a solution.
Please note that the web player is currently working as expected, and you can still listen to your favorite content at Audacy.com.
To clear the Audacy app’s cached data:
On iOS -
Open 'Settings', tap 'General', tap 'iPhone Storage' tap 'Audacy' from the list of apps, then tap 'Offload App'.
On Android -
Open 'Settings', tap 'Apps', tap 'Audacy' from the list of apps, then tap 'Storage' and 'Clear cache'.
To delete and re-install the app:
On iOS - Press and hold the app's icon on your device's home screen and tap 'Remove App', then navigate to the App Store, search for the Audacy app, and tap 'Get' to install (or, open this link from your iPhone to be directed to the Audacy app in the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/audacy-radio-sports-talk/id323701765).
On Android -
Press and hold the app's icon on your device's home screen and tap 'Uninstall' (or, search for the Audacy app in the Play Store and tap 'Uninstall), then tap 'Install' under the Audacy app in the Play Store.
