Google is aware of an issue that is impacting some listeners’ ability to play Audacy and other radio stations on their Google smart speakers, including on Google Nest Hub. Google is currently working on a fix for this issue. We suggest submitting a ticket to Google Support if you have any other questions related to this specific issue, and to be updated once a fix is available.
To submit a ticket to Google Support:

- Under ‘Please select your product family:’, select Google Home from the drop-down menu.
- Under ‘Tell us what we can help with:’ include a few words, such as ‘Google Home not playing Audacy stations’, or ‘can’t play radio stations on Google speaker’.
- Under ‘Choose the best description of this issue:’, select ‘Using radio’ or 'Play music via Home'. You may opt to include your device’s serial number during this step. Click ‘Next step’.
- You may bypass Step 2 (Resources) by clicking ‘Next step’.
- Under Step 3 (Contact options), you may select the contact method by which Google may reach you about updates related to this issue.
