If you've requested a password reset link for your Audacy account and have not yet received it, please first try checking your inbox's Spam folder for the email containing the link.
For iOS users, you may have created an Audacy account using Apple's 'Hide My Email' feature. ‘Hide My Email’ establishes a unique email address that automatically forwards email to your personal inbox. This email address will serve as your username for your Audacy account, and thus your password reset link will need to be sent to the Private Relay email address that was created by Apple (typically formatted as @privaterelay.appleid.com).
To view and manage your 'Hide My Email' addresses, launch the Settings app from your iPhone, tap your name, then tap 'iCloud'. Swipe down to 'iCloud+ Features' and tap 'Hide My Email'. From here, you will see a list of accounts you have created using this feature, along with their associated unique email addresses. You can copy the unique 'Hide My Email' email address associated with your Audacy account and paste it into the 'Enter your email' field in the Audacy app when requesting a password reset link.
Please feel free to reach out to support@audacy.com if you need additional assistance with resetting your password. If you created your Audacy account using 'Hide My Email', please include the unique email address assigned by Apple to your Audacy account in your ticket.
