If you are experiencing difficulty entering an Audacy contest submission form due to a red box around the email address field or a form that is not loading properly, you may need to adjust your JavaScript, ad blocker, Cross-Site Tracking, or Privacy Protections settings. You may also need to ensure that you have clicked the 'Submit' button to the right of the keyword field, and that you have completed all required fields. Please review the following steps for a possible solution.
Red box around the Email Address field:
If you are attempting to enter a contest which requires the completion of an entry form and find that a red box appears around the Email Address field, you may need to make sure JavaScript is enabled and that other ad blocker software on your device is disabled. Ad blockers are designed to prevent ads and certain scripts from running on websites, which may interfere with your ability to complete the entry form.
To enable JavaScript from Safari on an iPhone, you can launch your Settings app, tap Apps, find and tap Safari from your Apps list, tap Advanced, and make sure JavaScript is toggled on. You can also search for JavaScript in Settings. Once you have made this change, please try refreshing the contest page and completing the form again.
Cross-Site Tracking (Safari):
Cross-Site Tracking is a feature on iOS that allows websites to track browsing activity across sites. This feature may need to be allowed from your iPhone's Settings in order for contest entry forms to load properly.
To ensure Cross-Site Tracking is allowed from your iPhone, you can launch your Settings app, tap Apps, find and tap Safari from your Apps list, and make sure 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' is toggled off. Once you have made this change, please try refreshing the contest page and completing the form again.
Submit Button:
For contest entry forms that require keyword entry, please be sure to click the 'Submit' button to the immediate right of the keyword field before proceeding to the next step of the form.
Alternate Entry Methods:
If you have adjusted JavaScript, ad blocker, Cross-Site Tracking, and Reduce Privacy Protections settings and are still unable to complete a contest entry form, please try entering the contest from a different browser, or clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
You may also be able to enter the contest by signing in through Google or Facebook, depending on the contest.
