Audacy Creator Lab has been sunset: Redirecting or Removing Your Podcast
Audacy Creator Lab is no longer available as of November 1, 2026.
If you already moved your show to a new hosting provider and completed your RSS redirect, you don't need to do anything else.
If you haven't, we can still help. For podcasts that remain on Creator Lab, we offer two options:
- Redirect your feed to a new hosting provider
- Deactivate your podcast so it's no longer available on public directories
The steps for each are below.
Option 1: Redirect your feed to a new host
Choose this option if you want to keep your show going. A redirect points your Creator Lab RSS feed to your new feed, so podcast apps and directories pick up your show from your new host and your existing followers keep receiving new episodes.
- Set up your show with a new hosting provider. There are many podcast hosting platforms available; choose the one that best fits your needs.
- Import your Creator Lab RSS feed into your new host. Your new provider should walk you through the import.
- Confirm the import worked. Check that your episodes transferred and that your new RSS feed is live.
- Send us your new RSS feed URL by submitting a request (see How to submit a request below). We'll verify your content and set up the redirect from Creator Lab to your new feed.
Option 2: Deactivate your podcast
Choose this option if you don't plan to continue the show. We'll deactivate your Creator Lab podcast so it's no longer available on public podcast directories and listening apps.
How to submit a request
For either option, or for any other Creator Lab question or request:
- Go to support.audacy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
- Select Podcasts as the request type.
- Include the following so we can find your show quickly:
- Your podcast name
- The email address on your Creator Lab account
- What you'd like us to do: redirect (include your new RSS feed URL) or deactivate
Our team will follow up to confirm once your request is complete.
Frequently asked questions
I already completed my redirect before November 1. Do I need to do anything? No. Your show is set up with your new host, and no further action is needed.
Will I lose my followers if I redirect? No. A completed redirect tells podcast apps and directories where your show now lives, so your existing followers continue receiving episodes from your new host.
What happens if I don't submit a request? Your show won't be redirected to a new host, and new episodes can't be published through Creator Lab. To keep your show going, submit a redirect request as soon as possible.
Who do I contact with other questions? Submit a request at support.audacy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and select Podcasts.
Thank you for being part of Creator Lab and for letting us be part of your podcast journey.
