As a means to make its content available for free to its consumers, Audacy accepts Spanish advertisements on its stations, streams, podcasts, and websites. Some of those advertisements are placed by Audacy and some are placed by third parties. Audacy makes best efforts to ensure Spanish advertisements are properly targeted to Spanish-language speakers, however, due to technical limitations, it is possible that Spanish advertisements may be heard by non-Spanish speakers, including when using cellular data or a shared/public internet connection.
One recommendation we have to improve your ad experience would be to Allow Tracking for the Audacy app, as this allows Audacy to more accurately determine what language(s) you speak.
To do so on iOS, please open the Settings app, navigate to Apps, and select Audacy. Ensure Allow Tracking is enabled. Finally, open the Audacy app, tap the My Audio tab at the bottom right, then the Settings gear at the top right, then Do not sell or share personal info, and ensure Personalized Ads are turned on.
To do so on Android, open the Audacy app, tap the My Audio tab at the bottom right, then the Settings gear at the top right, then Do not sell or share personal info, and ensure Personalized Ads are turned on.
To do so on the Web Player, go to Audacy.com and Sign In. Then, click the Settings gear on the left sidebar. Under Preferences, select Manage Personalized Ads. Ensure Personalized Ads are turned on.
