If the Audacy app isn't displaying in your Android Auto app launcher, it may be temporarily deactivated. Samsung phones will deactivate apps after a time, if they aren't being used. As a result, you may see the Audacy app on your phone, but it won't display in your Android Auto app launcher. It will need to be re-enabled.
To enable the Audacy app:
1. Open the Audacy app on your phone.
2. Open your Android Auto app launcher, and the Audacy app will now be displayed there.
By default, Samsung deactivates apps in order to save battery power. You can change this setting in order to permanently prevent the Audacy app from leaving Android Auto's app launcher.
To prevent Audacy from leaving the Android Auto's app launcher:
1. In your phone's settings, access the battery settings. (On a Samsung Galaxy, go to Settings > Battery > Background usage limits)
2. Toggle "Auto disable unused apps" or "Put unused apps to sleep" to the off position.
